What are your serviceable areas?

We service Orange and Seminole Counties in Florida. We do travel to surrounding areas, such as Sorrento, Mt. Dora, Eustis, Clermont, St. Cloud, Orange City, Osteen, Mims and nearby surrounding areas with an out of serviceable area travel fee of $15.00

I had a bad experience with my last horse sitter. Will you provide better service?

Why is your service better than an independent pet sitter?

Most independent horse sitters do not offer the reliability, coverage, or security you get when hiring a professional company. With Rebecca's Equine Exercise Service, LLC, you are getting a professional company, excellent customer service, a team of experienced, vetted, and background checked horse care providers, and peace of mind that we are insured and bonded.

How will I know if your staff member showed up?

We only hire responsible horse care professionals. We are EXTREMELY picky about who works for us as well a strick standard operation procedures. To help our staff do their job properly, we use industry-leading software that notifies you when our staff member has arrived. Utilizing our client poral, you will always be intouch with us, and notified once the visit is completed as well, we send a detailed update with photos for you to review. Do you accommodate last minute requests?

We strive to accommodate last-minute requests. We do charge a 20% surcharge for the service for any request with less than 48 hour notice to compensate our staff for rearranging their schedules.

How am I billed?

We accepts all forms of payment; major credit cards, debit cards, cash and/or checks. Inviocing is done through our client portal, once you are added to our schedule you will be able to view your invoice on our portal. All invoices are due on or before the first day of service. For our weekly services; stall cleaning, groom, exercise, etc. we also offer monthly billing for your conveince. You can also add a card on file for automactic payment on your invoices due dates.

Will the same staff memeber come to my farm for all visits?

Our goal is to have a primary staff member for each of our clients. It’s important for our staff to develop a relationship with our clients and a bond with their horses and pets. However, there are times where our staffs schedules are full and/or overlap in which case another one of our member are able to pitch in. Utilizing our client portal and standard operation procedures we are all able do the same routine and quality of care.

Where are you located?

We travel to you! We service clients at their private residence in the Orange and Seminole County Florida as well as surrounding areas.

Can you administer medications?

Yes, we offer a Nurse & Care service where we are able to do a large variety of care such as; standing leg wraps, eye ointments, summer sores, medicated baths, hoof treatments, deworming, insulin injections, subcutaneous fluids, inhalers and more. These can be an add-on service or with a Farm Call fee we will travel to you!
